Thunderbots is comprised of three sub-teams: Mechanical, Software and Electrical, as well as Admin. Each of these sub-teams, while they do work together, spend their year focusing on a variety of area specific projects that will improve the robots by the next competition.

Software

The Software sub-team works on the AI that controls our robots. The team maintains high-quality, open-source development in C++ and Python with a focus on gameplay strategy, motion planning, GUI visualization, and embedded systems.
